Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to maintain a smooth schedule and accommodate all of our valued clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $40 cancellation fee. Fee Payment: The cancellation fee will be automatically applied if canceled less than 48 Hours Before appointment. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
